Bulk generator
Five hundred codes, one paste.
Table numbers, asset tags, room signs, unique campaign links — paste a list or drop a CSV and download the lot as vector files, or as a print-ready sheet.
Nothing to generate yet
Your spreadsheet never leaves your browser.
Working with the list
Getting it out of Excel
- Put a label in one column and the value in the other.
- File → Save As → CSV UTF-8, or just select the cells and copy.
- Paste straight into the box above, or drop the file on it.
A header row such as Name,URL is recognised and skipped. Column order does not matter — whichever column looks more like a web address is used as the value.
What you get back
| Download | Contains | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| ZIP | One SVG per row, plus index.csv | Sending to a printer, or dropping into a design file |
| A4 sheet | All codes laid out with labels, paginated | Printing and cutting out yourself |
The index.csv matters more than it sounds: with a hundred files, it is the only reliable way to prove which code belongs to which row.
Common Australian jobs
- Table ordering — one code per table, each carrying its own table number.
- Asset tags — tools, IT equipment or plant, each linking to its maintenance record.
- Rental inspections — a code per property linking to its listing.
- Event seating — a code per seat or per delegate.
- Stock and warehouse bins — a code per location, encoding the bin reference as plain text.
For anything that is not a web address — a bin number, a serial — untick Treat each value as a web address so the text is encoded exactly as typed.
Before a large print run
- Generate two or three rows first and print them at final size.
- Use error correction H for anything laminated or stuck to equipment.
- Check the widest label still fits under the code on the A4 sheet.
- See the size guide for the distance-to-size rule.

Bulk generation questions
How do I generate QR codes in bulk from Excel?
Save or copy your sheet as CSV with one row per code, then paste it in or upload the file. Use two columns — a label and a value — and each downloaded file is named after its label so you can match them back to the spreadsheet.
Is bulk QR code generation free?
Yes, up to 500 codes at a time, with no account. Everything is generated in your browser, so there is no server cost for us to pass on.
What format do the bulk codes download in?
A ZIP of individual SVG files plus an index.csv mapping each filename back to its label and value. SVG is vector, so every code prints sharply at any size.
Can I print them all on one page?
Yes. The printable A4 sheet lays the codes out four per row with their labels underneath, as a vector file that stays crisp at any scale. It paginates automatically.
Does my spreadsheet get uploaded?
No. The CSV is parsed and the codes are drawn entirely in your browser. Nothing is transmitted, which matters if the list contains customer or asset data.
What is the row limit?
500 per batch, to keep the browser responsive. For more, split the list and run it twice — or use the underlying open-source libraries directly if you need tens of thousands.
